9/29 at 9:18 p.m. Gilles A. Poulin, 36, no listed address, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of assault and a probation hold.

9/30 at 12:17 p.m. Patrick D. Doyle, 25, of Cotton Road, Lewiston, was arrested on River Road by Officer John Roma on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/2 at 12:08 a.m. James P. Smith, 38, of Main Street, Topsham, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

10/3 at 8:57 p.m. Paul J. Hanson, 59, of Lincoln Street, Caribou, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Jonathan O’Connor on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended registration and improperly driving on a divided highway.

10/3 at 10:26 p.m. Richard A. Yanok, 56, of Old Bath Road, was arrested at Mere Point and Middlebay roads by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of operating under the influence.
