Arrests

9/29 at 9:18 p.m. Gilles A. Poulin, 36, no listed address, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of assault and a probation hold.

9/30 at 12:17 p.m. Patrick D. Doyle, 25, of Cotton Road, Lewiston, was arrested on River Road by Officer John Roma on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/2 at 12:08 a.m. James P. Smith, 38, of Main Street, Topsham, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

10/3 at 8:57 p.m. Paul J. Hanson, 59, of Lincoln Street, Caribou, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Jonathan O’Connor on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended registration and improperly driving on a divided highway.

10/3 at 10:26 p.m. Richard A. Yanok, 56, of Old Bath Road, was arrested at Mere Point and Middlebay roads by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/29 at 2:29 p.m. Levi J. Lamoreau, 26, of Pleasant Street, was issued a summons on Mere Point Road by Marine Resources Officer Paul Plummer on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

9/30 at 5:18 p.m. Andrea L. Bragdon, 53, of Swett Street, was issued a summons on Elm Street by Officer Charles Tompson on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release.

10/1 at 1:20 a.m. Rojelio Garcia, 24, of Antietam Street, was issued a summons at Bowker Street and Harpswell Road by Officer Cory Iles on a charge of criminal threatening.

10/1 at 12:06 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of Phippsburg, was issued a summons on Gurnet Road by Detective William Moir on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
