9/30 at 1:14 a.m. Scott Edward Hawkes, 22, of 43 Brad St., Topsham, was arrested on Dilios Drive on charges of violation of protective order and operating under the influence. 

9/30 at 12:39 p.m. Thomas E. Prindall III, 47, of 702 Mere Point Road, was arrested on Mere Point Road on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked, operating unregistered motor vehicle for greater than 150 days and evasion of of registration fees and excise taxes.

10/2 at 2:11 p.m. Harold Edward Swain, 51, of 25 River Road Apt. 4, was arrested on Maine Street on a warrant arrest charge of failure to appear.

10/2 at 7:09  p.m. Zachary L. Spicer, 25, of 3 Eisenhower Cove Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Route 1 on charges of operating unregistered motor vehicle, display of fictitous inspection sticker, evasion of registration fees and excise taxes and failure to produce evidence of insurance.

10/2 at 11:51 p.m. Harold H. Owen IV, 21, of 11 Pleasant St. Apt. 6, was arrested on Maurice Drive on a charge of violation of condition of release.
