10/21 at 12:28 a.m. Jonathan D. Agne, 27, of McKeen Street, was arrested at Pleasant Street and Highland Road by Officer Richard Cutliffe on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and operating under the influence.

10/21 at 2:24 p.m. Jamil Goforth, 36, of West Street, Bath, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 South by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating with a suspended registration, and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/23 at 7:33 p.m. Richard A. Fowler, 54, of Soundside Drive, Gulf Breeze, Florida, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 Officer Natthew Nicholson on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/24 at 1:57 a.m. Jeffrey D. Kent, 58, of Park Street, Essex Junction, Vermont, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Cory Iles on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/20 at 5:55 p.m. Holly E. Railton, 45, of Cumberland Street, was issued a summons on Elm Street by Officer Richard Cutliffe on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/23 at 12:27 a.m. Liam Ford, 21, of Luquet Street, Brooklyn, New York, was issued a summons on Garrison Street by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of disorderly conduct.
