10/21 at 12:29 a.m. Joseph M. Kenney, 34, of Main Road, Phippsburg, was arrested by Officer Kristian Oberg on Bath Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/21 at 10:49 p.m. Leonard Francis Gilliam, 36, of Wadsworth Road, was arrested by Officer Krisian Oberg on Wadsworth Road on a warrant.

10/22 at 11:07 p.m. Corey MacGregor Smith, 30, of Brookline, Mass., was arrested by Officer Todd Ridlon on Main Street in Topsham on charges of operating without a license and operating under the influence.

10/18 at 8:02 a.m. A 15-year-old boy, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Gretchen Paxton on Maquoit Road on a charge of assault.

10/19 at 12:38 p.m. Jacob A. Markowski, 22, of Avalon Road, Portland, was issued a summons by Sergeant Russell E. Wrede on Bath Road on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

10/19 at 8:53 p.m. Edith E. Bragdon, 63, of Lincoln Street, was issued a summons by Officer Todd Ridlon on Union Street on a charge of operating without a license.

10/20 at 11:37 p.m. A 17-year-old boy, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Robert D. Lane on Maine Street on a charge of minor possessing alcohol.

10/21 at 11:36 p.m. Jill Burwell, 26, of Davis Court, was issued a summons by Officer Robert D. Lane Jr. on Maine Street on a charge of violating condition of release.

10/22 at 6:29 p.m. Derek R. Graves, 21, of Shady Ridge Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons by Lieutenant Lynne Doucette on Federal Street on charges of failing to stop for an officer, passing a roadblock, driving to endanger, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit, harassment, criminal threatening and reckless conduct.

10/23 at 2:37 p.m. Brian J. Emmons, 35, of Bath Road, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Plummer on Bath Road on a charge of operating with license expired over 90 days.

Abandoned dog

10/18 at 9:57 a.m. The owner of White’s Beach Campground on Durham Road reported that some of her guests had left a pit bull unattended in a trailer. The dog had reportedly been left in the trailer on Saturday and had been barking. The owner was trying to locate the guest.

Almost a cat-astrophe

10/23 at 1:24 p.m. An employee of Skillins Greenhouse reported that a cat was stuck in the tubing that lead to a storm drain. The employee couldn’t see the cat, only hear it. He or she reportedly flushed the cat out with water pressure, and it was last seen running away.
