10/17 at 8:03 a.m. Lucas S. Stevenson, 18, of Summer Plaza, Portland, was arrested on Church Road by Officer Daniel Sylvain on an outstanding warrant.

10/17 at 1:10 p.m. Lorna E. Lothrop, 32, of Brookside Mobile Home Park, Waldoboro, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Justin Dolci on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release and posession of marijuana.

10/18 at 4:46 p.m. Dorita L. Hanson, 59, of Cushing Street, was arrested on Cushing Street by Officer Matthew Swan on an outstanding warrant.

10/18 at 9:49 p.m. Joshua R. Carter, 33, of Old Pennelville Road, was arrested on Simpsons Point Road by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of violating condition of release.

10/19 at 1:14 a.m. Maurice L. James, 24, of Bath Street, Bath, was arrested at Maine and Cumberland streets by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant.

10/19 at 9:48 p.m. Benjamin A. Hamilton, 29, transient, was arrested on Dunning Street by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of probation hold.


10/17 at 9:45 a.m. Amber E. Owen, 28, of Front Street, Topsham, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Terry Goan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

10/21 at 3:14 p.m. Glen S. Adair, 59, of Cumberland Street, was issued a summons at Cushing and High streets by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of failure to register vehicle.
