Arrests

10/17 at 11:01 p.m. James A. Porter, 46, of White Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Daniel Sylvain on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

10/18 at 9:37 a.m. Michael Hoffman, 52, of Merritt Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Garrett Brosnan on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release. 

10/19 at 2:04 p.m. John R. Dickinson, 20, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding arrest warrant from another agency, a probation hold and a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

10/15 at 6:14 a.m. Lindsey E. Armstrong, 24, of Breckan Road, was issued a summons on Breckan Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

10/15 at 3:09 p.m. Juliana Grasso, 22, of High Street, was issued a summons on Harpswell Road by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of failure to register a vehicle and operating vehicle without license.

10/16 at 12:49 p.m. Jessica A. Hutchins, 24, of Jaquish Lane, Harpswell, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Thomas Stanton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/17 at 7:22 p.m. Steven E. Stemp, 38, of Lighthouse Landing Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons on Mill and Cushing streets by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/17 at 11:29 p.m. Alycia A. Fox, 27, of Pleasant Street, was issued a summons on Stanwood Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.
