10/15 at 6:25 p.m. Brian B. Burr Jr., 21, of 30 Baybridge Road, was arrested on Baybridge Road on a warrant arrest charge.
10/15 at 9:07 p.m. Mark E. Farquhar, 54, of 1532 Bay St., Springfield, Mass., was arrested on Pleasant Street on a charge of criminal trespass.
10/17 at 8:54 p.m. Mary Kim Carter, 42, of 172 McKeen St., was arrested on on McKeen Street on a warrant.
10/18 at 12:54 a.m. Leigh I. Kelly, 55, of 96 Harpswell By The Sea, Harpswell, was arrested on Bath Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/12 at 9:47 a.m. John J. Chonko, 49, of 3 Cleave St., Topsham, was summonsed on Federal Street on a charge of harassment.
10/15 at 10:38 a.m. Lawrence R. Groves, 44, of 30 Tufton St., was summonsed on Tufton Street on a charge of criminal mischief.
10/15 at 3:01 p.m. Sean Malloy, 22, of 49 Cumberland St., was summonsed at 7-Eleven on Maine Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
10/16 at 10:12 p.m. Tennell Benjamin Curtis, 26, of 290 Hockomock Road, Woolwich, was summonsed on Federal Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
10/17 at 5:47 a.m. Joshua Perron, 24, of 28 Oxbow Drive, Lewiston, was summonsed on Route 1 on a charge of operating or allowing when registration is suspended.
Pedestrian struck on Bath Road
10/19 at 7:55 p.m. A 69-year-old Brunswick man was struck by a car while crossing Bath Road. Kenneth Smith was hit near Love That Car Wash Too at 177 Bath Road, near Merrymeeting Plaza. Police said it was dark when Smith was hit by a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Stacey Chenevert, 47, also of Brunswick. Police said Smith wasn’t in a crosswalk when witnesses saw him step in front of the Jetta. Smith, who reportedly suffered head and neck injuries, was transported to Maine Medical Center in Portland where he was in serious condition at press time.
