Arrests

10/10 at 10:13 p.m. Michael A. Bourgoin, 49, of Jordan Avenue, was arrested on Jordan Avenue by Officer Matthew Nicholson on a charge of violating condition of release. 

10/12 at 10:19 p.m. Gregory Madcharo, 56, of Theodore Drive, was arrested on Theodore Drive by Officer Brandon Curtis on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/13 at 10:02 p.m. Andrew J. Small, 42, of Theodore Drive, was arrested on Theodore Drive by Officer Brandon Curtis on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/14 at 2:53 p.m. Jason R. Hesketh, 31, of Western Promenade, Wiscasset, was arrested at Woodside Road and Bunganuc Road on an outstanding warrant from another agency, attaching false plates, and violating condition of release.

10/14 at 11:17 p.m. Colin V. Morse, 22, of Rockport, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brandon Curtis on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

10/15 at 1:43 p.m. Jakob Yunker, 21, of Sandpiper Lane, was arrested on Sandpiper Lane by Officer James Fisher on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

10/16 at 8:04 p.m. Brandon P. Boshea, 27, of Larry Lane, was arrested on Bath Road by Sgt. Edward Yurek on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, and criminal mischief. 

10/16 at 10:51 p.m. Kelly Murphy, 22, of Larry Lane, was arrested on Larry Lane by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of domestic violence assault.

10/10 at 5:24 p.m. Jessica Brassard, 36, of Coombs Road, was issued a summons at Regal Cinema on Gurnet Road by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on a charge of failure to register a vehicle. 

10/11 at 11:13 p.m. Windy M. Gallagher, of Laskey Street, Topsham, was issued a summons on Young Avenue by Officer Cory Iles on a charge of criminal mischief.

10/12 at 7:56 a.m. Joanna R. Brown, 20, of River Road, Bowdoinham, was issued a summons at Katahdin Drive and Pegasus Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of operating with a suspended license.

10/13 at 11:59 a.m. Faye Dowen, 28, of Bedford Road, Wiscasset, was issued a summons at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Charles Tompson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

10/15 at 11:25 a.m. Joseph M. Lluvera, 44, no address listed, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Charles Tompson on a charge of criminal trespassing.
