10/4 at 8:45 p.m. Haven John Willis, 35, of Cushing Street, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.
10/5 at 10:48 p.m. Donna Deigan, 43, of A Street, Topsham, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.
10/5 at 10:48 p.m. Rebecca Cushman, 46, of Fort Clyde, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order.
10/7 at 4:20 p.m. George Wing, 29, of Lisbon Falls, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.
10/7 at 8:18 p.m. David McGlashing, 55, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass. He was also issued a summons that night on a charge of drinking in public.
10/9 at 11:36 p.m. Samantha Lee Zolas, 28, of Durham, N.C., was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
10/11 at 2:21 p.m. Zachary Brown, 18, of Dunning Street, was arrested and charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth.
10/11 at 8:34 p.m. Timothy Bishop Jr., 31, of Dummer Street, Bath, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and violating condition of release.
10/11 at 8:34 p.m. Henry Alton Jacques, 35, of Flagstaff Road, Falmouth, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth.
10/11 at 8:34 p.m. Kenneth Tilley, 59, of Bridge Street, Yarmouth, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

10/9 at 10:59 p.m. Lee Teak, 18, of Longfellow Avenue, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana.
