10/3 at 7:37 p.m. Gayle L. Ouellete, 59, no street address listed, West Boothbay Harbor, was arrested on Medical Center Drive by Officer Matthew Swan on a warrant.
10/4 at 8:03 p.m. Brian J. West, 23, of Roosevelt Trail, Windham, was arrested on Merepoint Road by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating under the influence.
10/5 at 11:21 a.m. Margaret D. Benton, 25, of Blueberry Lane, was arrested on Blueberry Lane by Officer Jason McCarthy on a warrant.

10/5 at 1:40 a.m. Robert J. Phelan Jr., 32, of Western Avenue, Rensselaer, N.Y., was issued a summons by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.
10/6 at 5:59 p.m. Walter S. Moody, 28, of Cundy’s Harbor Road, was issued a summons at Gurnet and Coombs roads by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug (marijuana).
