10/31 at 9:00 p.m. Pedro M. Pires, 23, was arrested on Perryman Drive by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on charges of assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and failing to provide a correct name, address, or date of birth.
11/2 at 9:25 a.m. Ashley R. Elliott, 25, of River Road, was arrested on River Road by Officer Patrick Mahar on a charge of violating a protective order.
11/2 at 8:25 p.m. Cynthia S. Yanok, 64, of Sunset Cove Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Chamberlain Avenue by Officer Cory Iles on charges of operating under the influence, failure to notify of a motor vehicle accident, and refusing to sign a civil violation summons.
11/3 at 5:55 p.m. Christopher L. Mckenney, 26, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
11/5 at 6:50 p.m. Michael Mellen, 43, of Front Street, Bath, was arrested on Old Bath Road by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of criminal trespassing.
11/5 at 7:22 p.m. Michael G. Hagerman, 75, of Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, was arrested on Station Avenue by Sgt. Edward Yurek on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.
