10/31 at 8:05 p.m. Jason R. Munsey, 32, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on an outstanding warrant.

11/1 at 1:11 a.m. Desiree L. Woestman, 41, of Intrepid Circle, was arrested at Maine and Bank streets by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/2 at 12:12 p.m. William P. Deary, 39, of Cundys Harbor Road, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Terry Goan on an outstanding warrant.
