10/29 at 5:49 p.m. Melissa Q. Cotter, 32, of River Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Jason McCarthy on an outstanding warrant and charges of violating condition of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

10/31 at 8:05 p.m. Jason R. Munsey, 32, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on an outstanding warrant.

11/1 at 1:11 a.m. Desiree L. Woestman, 41, of Intrepid Circle, was arrested at Maine and Bank streets by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/2 at 12:12 p.m. William P. Deary, 39, of Cundys Harbor Road, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Terry Goan on an outstanding warrant.

11/2 at 3:35 p.m. Elizabeth A. Staples, 21, of Bluff Road, Bath, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Justin Dolci on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.


10/31 at 12:37 p.m. Teague P. Smith, 20, of Wheeler Park, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle.

11/3 at 11:52 p.m. Jesse L. Mitchell, 18, of Basin Cove Road, was issued a summons on Baybridge Road by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of possession of marijuana.
