10/28 at 9:06 a.m. Robert A. Smith, 46, of Woodland Drive, was arrested on Medical Center Drive by Officer William Brown on an outstanding local warrant.

10/28 at 2:52 p.m. Jason T. McPhail, 42, of Meadow Road, Topsham, was arrested on Church Road by Detective Richard Cutliffe on an outstanding local warrant.

10/29 at 6:22 p.m. Kevin Libby, 27, of Beechwood Street, Thomaston, was arrested on Baribeau Drive by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/30 at 6:20 a.m. Mark E. Cota, 26, of Potts Point Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Old Bath Road by Officer William Brown on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/3 at 11:56 p.m. Tyler Ciciotte, 19, of McLellan Street, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Justin Dolci on charges of violating conditions of release, operating with a suspended or revoked license, driving to endanger, exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more, reckless conduct, theft by unauthorized use of property and failure to stop for an officer.


10/29 at 11:22 p.m. Jeffrey W. Small, 48, of Maine Street, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Matthew Nicholson on a charge of disorderly conduct.

10/30 at 10:11 p.m. Michael J. Poulin, 18, of Kerns Hill Road, Manchester, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of illegal transportation of liquor by a minor.

11/2 at 1:01 p.m. Caleb Donalson, 18, of C Street, was issued a summons at River and Lisbon roads by Officer Daniel Sylvain on charges of operating without a license and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident.
