11/19 at 7:47 a.m. Cameron L. Greenleaf, 20, of Front Street, Topsham, was arrested on Bow Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of violation of a protective order.

11/20 at 2:25 p.m. Eric S. King, 24, of Middle Road, Dresden, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Jason McCarthy on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

11/21 at 9:33 a.m. Timothy B. Nadeau, 37, of Ford Fair Lane, Harpswell, was arrested on Cedar Street by Officer Patrick Scott on five outstanding warrants from other agencies and charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

11/21 at 3:26 p.m. Gary W. Joslyn Jr. 39, of Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, was arrested at Bath Road and Medical Center Drive by Officer Jerod Verrill on two outstanding warrants from other agencies.

11/23 at 2:51 p.m. Haven J. Willis, 39, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/19 at 9:16 a.m. Eric Shipley, 48, of Shady Lane, Wiscasset, was issued a summons on Bath Road by Officer Garrett Brosnan on a charge of operating without a license.

11/20 at 12:05 p.m. Debra M. Lyully, 33, of Old Bath Road, was issued a summons on Elm Street by officer Patrick Mahar on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and criminal trespass. 

11/22 at 4:33 a.m. Shawn M. Toothaker, 48, of Williams Way, Phippsburg, was issued a summons on Harpswell Road by Lt. Thomas Garrepy on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

11/23 at 7:49 a.m. Anthony J. Manganella, 32, of Church Road, was issued a summons on Church Road on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

11/24 at 6:39 p.m. Heather Smith, 22, of Cushing Street, was issued a summons on Elm Street by Officer William Brown on charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Missing the joke

Nov. 22 at 8:15 p.m. Two men, aged 63 and 60, and a 15-year-old male triggered a kidnapping scare at the Gurnet Road Applebees after restaurant management found a napkin with “help I’ve been kidnapped call 911” written on it. Officers at the scene determined the three diners had intentionally left the napkin and warned them against playing similar practical jokes in the future.
