11/3 at 9:39 a.m. Raymond Adrian Bernier, 73, of 16 Main Street, Topsham, was arrested on Maine Street on a warrant.

11/3 at 9:36 p.m. Joshua M. Boyden, 24, of 10 Timothy Lane Apt. B, Phippsburg, was arrested on Heath Street on a charge of violation of conditional release.

11/5 at 6:48 p.m. Jessica A. Dall, 25, of 436 Lark St., Bath, was arrested on Bath Road on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a suspended license.

11/6 at 1:32 p.m. A 17-year-old was arrested at Hannaford on charges of criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

11/6 at 3:49 p.m. Deric P. Faro, 24, of 34 Federal St. Apt. 6, was arrested at Hannaford on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass. 

11/7 at 5:53 p.m. Joseph William Corbin, 43, of 4 Astis Lane, Sabattus, was arrested on River Road on a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon.

11/7 at 9:50 p.m. Tina L. Sweet, 38, of 145 New Meadows Road Apt. C22, West Bath, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked and two warrant charges for unpaid fine and assault.

11/8 at 1:29 a.m. James R. Tufton, 50, of 80 Tufton St., was arrested on Old Bath Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/7 at 1:34 p.m. Reginald Riggins, 50, of 149 Bracket St. Apt. 3, Portland, was summonsed on Pleasant Street on a charge of possession of usable amount of marijuana. 

Wrong charge

An item in last week’s Police Beat listed the wrong charge for Dale Doucette, 55, of 646 Harpswell Road. Doucette was arrested on a warrant.
