11/3 at 9:31 a.m. Richard Spencer, 54, of Old Sheepscot Road, Wiscasset, was arrested on Mere Point Road by Marine Resources Officer Paul Plummer on an outstanding warrant from another agency. He was also issued a summons on a charge of criminal trespass.
11/3 at 10:48 p.m. James E. Rozakis, 39, of Pleasant Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Matthew Nicholson on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
11/4 at 7:13 p.m. Gilles A. Poulin, 37, no address listed, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Charles Tompson on charges of probation hold and criminal trespassing.
11/4 at 8/17 p.m. Michael R. Barbato, 60, 0f Adams Street, Smithfield, Rhode Island, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Richard Cutliffe on a charge of operating under the influence.
