4/28 at 6:28 p.m. Nicholas J. Votta, 25, of Holland Drive in Phippsburg, was arrested at Brunswick Police Station by Lt. Paul Hansen on a probation hold and charges of violating condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

4/29 at 4:40 p.m. Ethan P. Francine, 31, of Given Shipyard Road, was arrested at Thomas Point Road by Officer Bethany Nyberg on charges of operating under the influence, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, and operating a vehicle without a license.

4/29 at 7:24 p.m. Cory N. Hall, 25, of Theodore Drive, was arrested at Baybridge Road and Tufton Street by Sgt. Edward Yurek on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/29 at 8:58 p.m. Timothy B. Nadeau, 41, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Kerry Wolongevicz on charges of domestic violence assault and false public alarm or report.

5/1 at 12:09 a.m. Jeffrey A. Kimball, 40, of C Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a probation hold and a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

5/1 at 2:45 a.m. Garrett M. White, 34, of Estes Drive in Freeport, was arrested on Estes Drive by Officer Malcolm B. Marshall on a charge of a criminal attempt and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

5/1 at 10:40 a.m. Paul F. Bergeron, 61, of Primrose Lane, was arrested at Captain Mike’s on Bath Road by Officer Joshua Bernier on an outstanding warrant from another agency and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/1 at 2:12 p.m. Ryan Gordon, 36, of Cod Row in Harpswell, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Joshua Bernier on a probation hold.

Summonses

4/30 at 12 p.m. Christine A. McLellan, 32, of Smokehouse Road in Harpswell, was issued a summons on Franklin Parkway by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of criminal trespassing.
