5/13 at 9:58 a.m. John J. Kappes, 63, of Gurnet Road, was arrested on Gurnet Road by Officer Justin Dolci on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/14 at 1:35 a.m. Alyssa L. Shope, 25, of Pine Ridge Road, Yarmouth, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

5/15 at 11:11 a.m. Hugh A. Martin, 27, of Kissimmee, Florida, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Terry Goan on a charge of theft by unauthorized use of property.

5/17 at 5 p.m. David Teufel, 48, of Gun Point Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer William Brown on a charge of operating under the influence.
