5/5 at 12:35 a.m. Jennifer M. Tyrol, 29, of 89 Henry Creek Way, Harpswell, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/5 at 10:39 a.m. Peter Witwicki, 50, of 31 Baypark Drive, Topsham, was arrested at Mid Coast Hospital on a warrant.

5/6 at 11:33 a.m. Charlkeun W. Oh, 20, of 1051 Main St., Bowdoinham, was arrested on Federal Street on charges of criminal mischief and burglary.

5/6 at 11:43 a.m. A 17-year-old was arrested on Mill Street on a warrant.

5/7 at 12:16 a.m. Victor Michael Edgerton Jr., 19, of 75 Lunt Road, was arrested on Pleasant Street on charges of operating under the influence and operating vehicle without a license.

5/8 at 1:18 a.m. Kevin J. Hays, 34, of 25 Cedar Beach Road, Bailey’s Island, was arrested on Bath Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/8 at 7:30 p.m. Kevin J. Hays, 34, of 25 Cedar Beach Road, Bailey’s Island, was arrested on Joan Street on charges of assault, criminal mischief and violating condition of release.

Summonses

5/5 at 6:35 p.m. Christopher L. Havener, 34, of 10 State Road, West Bath, was summonsed on Maine Street on a charge of criminal trespass.

5/6 at 2:55 p.m. Stephen A. Chipman, 45, of 1292 Harpswell Neck Road, was summonsed on Bath Road on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

5/6 at 6:35 p.m. Alexander S. Landeen, 18, of 122 Fisher Road, Bowdoinham, was summonsed on Federal Street on charges of criminal mischief and attempted burglary.

Burglary suspects nabbed

5/6 Police arrested two suspects in connection with the May 5 burglary of a Dunkin’ Donuts on Maine Street. The suspects, both from Bowdoinham, were arrested the day after the burglary. Charlkeun W. Oh, 20, was arrested at 11 a.m. Police say Oh was captured on the store’s security camera leaping over the cashier’s counter, a photo of which was distributed to the media and led to Oh’s arrest. Oh was charged with burglary and criminal mischief. Alexander Landeen, 18, was later summonsed on charges of criminal mischief and attempted burglary. Police say Landeen was also charged with theft by receiving and theft by deception for his alleged involvement in another crime. Oh’s bail was set at $500. He’s expected to appear in Cumberland County Superior Court on July 20.
