5/2 at 12:51 a.m. Charles J. Clark, 21, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Charles Reece on an outstanding warrant.

5/2 at 5:24 p.m. David R. Mockler, 76, of Durham Road, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer John Roma on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/2 at 7:11 p.m. Stephen Beaulieu, 19, of Thomas Point Road, was arrested on Gurnet Road by Officer Jason McCarthy on a probation hold and charges of operating under the influence, operating without a license, operating after habitual offender revocation, theft by unauthorized use of property, violating condition of release, and transporting liquor as a minor. 

5/4 at 8:16 p.m. Daniel Brett, 45, of Keaka Beach Trail, Waterford, was arrested on River Road by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release.

5/4 at 11:27 p.m. Gerald B. Kennedy, 38, of Tarbox Street, Bath, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.

5/5 at 2:24 p.m. William A. Waldron, 38, of Wood Pond Road, was arrested on Merepoint Road by Marine Resource Officer Paul Plummer on an outstanding warrant.

5/7 at 11:55 a.m. David W. Gillison, 31, of Pleasant Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Mahar on a probation hold and charges of forgery and violating condition of release.

5/7 at 1:58 p.m. Leishia M. Witham, 36, of Dunning Street, was arrested on Dunning Street by Detective Richard Cutliffe on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, assault on an officer and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
