3/2 at 1:29 a.m. Matthew W. Costa, 24, of Casco Road, was arrested on Casco Road by Lt. Todd Ridlon on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/2 at 2:18 p.m. Tod M. Thibeault, 56, of Turner Street, was arrested at Pleasant and Summer streets by Officer Justin Dolci on a warrant.

3/2 at 8:42 p.m. Janra R. Baltazar, 27, of C Street, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of violating condition of release.

3/2 at 9:16 p.m. Warren W. O’Leary, 54, of River Road, was arrested on River Road by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/3 at at 12:24 a.m. Nicholas L. Cardone, 22, of Penny Lane, was arrested on Merepoint Road by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/3 at 9:26 p.m. Alex J. Hewes, 43, of Dummer Street, Bath, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

3/4 at 1:38 p.m. Ethan D. Peters, 22, of New Gloucester Road, Durham, was arrested on Maquoit Road by Officer Charles Reece on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked, attaching false plates, use of force and possession of suspended or fictitious license.

3/4 at 5:15 p.m. Lucas L. Elwell, 32, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Federal Street by Officer Daniel Herbert on a warrant.
