3/24 at 11:41 p.m. Ryan Christopher Parker, 36, of W. Elm Street, Yarmouth, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/26 at 1:17 a.m. Walter Paul Mack, 24, of Storer Road, was arrested on  charges of operating under the influence and unlawful possession of a scheduled W drug.

3/26 at 12:28 p.m. Michael Aaron Cavanaugh, 25, of Old Bath Road, was arrested on a charge of operating after license revoked for habitual offender status.

3/26 at 12:28 p.m. Matthew S. Gaspar, 22, of Baybridge Road, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful use of permit.

Bud un-wiser

3/25 at 4:08 p.m. An employee of Shaw’s grocery store on Bath Road called to report that someone had stolen a 30-pack of Budweiser. The thief reportedly grabbed the box of beer and ran out the emergency exit. Police were unable to find the thief upon arrival. A similar incident had reportedly occurred earlier at Shaw’s on Route 1.

3/26 at 1:58 a.m. An employee of 7-11 on Maine Street called to report that a visibly intoxicated woman had used the store’s bathroom without permission, and then ran out the door. The police found her, as well as a drunk male friend, further up the street. They were both issued trespass warnings.

Fuel and run

3/27 at 3:28 p.m. An employee of Big Apple on Bath Road called to report that the driver of a Chevy Avalanche drove off without paying for approximately $50 worth of gas.

Summonses

3/22 at 4:11 p.m. Brandon H. Murray, 35, of Oak Street, Bath, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.

3/22 at 4:54 p.m. Lisa Marye Green, 45, of Jordan Avenue, was issued a summons on a charge of operating after license suspension.

3/24 at 12:44 p.m. Denise D. Plante, 53, of Lobster Cove Road, Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons on a charge of operating after license suspension.

3/25 at 11:12 a.m. Frederick H. Beem, 36, of Main St, Topsham, was issued a summons on a charge of operating after license suspension.

3/26 at 10:59 a.m. Sidney R. Rogers, 44, of Maple Street, Phippsburg, was issued a summons on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3/27 at 6:12 a.m. Brandon D. Rioux, 21, of Auburn Pownal Road, Durham, was issued a summons on charges of sale and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
