3/12 at 1:05 a.m. Randi L. Salley, 34, of Pleasant Street, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Thomas Stanton Jr. on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/12 at 7:34 p.m. Kayla N. Seigars, 26, of Dunning Street, was arrested on Dunning Street by Officer William Brown IV on charges of violating conditions of release, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

3/13 at 8:34 p.m. Shawn P. Collins, 28, of Rocky Hill Road, was arrested at River Road and Carriage Lane by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/15 at 4:02 p.m. Corey A. Emery, 22, of Mill Street, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/16 at 1:11 a.m. Dana C. Sherman, 47, of Federal Street, was arrested on Federal Street by Officer Matthew Swan on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/17 at 4:28 p.m. Colin M. Higgins, 19, of South Dyer Neck Road, Newcastle, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

3/14 at 7:18 p.m. Timothy P. Fraser, 23, of Perryman Drive, was issued a summons on Perryman Drive by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.
