Arrests

3/12 at 5:50 p.m. Sean Owen, 30, of Lincoln Street, was arrested by Sgt. John Perrino on Maine Street on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

3/12 at 6:36 p.m. Shelly Powlesland, 42, of Spring Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Charles Tompson on Beech Drive on a probation hold.

3/13 at 1:14 a.m. Benjamin Hersey, 34, of Scarponi Drive, was arrested by Officer Daniel Herbert at Maine Street and Maquoit Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/13 at 1:44 a.m. Siutini Misaalefua, 20, of Bodwell Street, was arrested by Officer Jerod Verrill on Mill Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/13 at 8:42 p.m. Ryan Hutchins, 37, of Garden Lane, was arrested by Officers Justin Dolci on Garden Lane on an outstanding local warrant.
