2/22 at 1:08 p.m. Nathaniel Wing, 21, of B Street, was arrested on a warrant.
2/22 at 1:51 p.m. Joseph Elliott, 19, of Farley Road, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief.
2/25 at 10:49 p.m. Christopher J. Griffam, 28, of High Street, Bath, was arrested on a warrant for charges of unpaid fines and fees.
2/27 at 1:12 a.m. Corrie Renee Hagan, 28, of N. Parker Avenue, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
2/27 at 4:53 p.m. Gary Robert Garrett, 34, of Merepoint Road, was arrested on a charge of assault.
Summonses
2/22 at 9:19 a.m. Susan Keene, 47, of Stevens Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons on a charge of operating after license suspension.
2/23 at 12:35 p.m. Joseph Cooper, 27, of Patton Street, Auburn, was issued a summons on a charge of operating after license suspension.
2/24 at 11:55 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was issued a summons on a charge of possession of marijuana.
2/26 at 10:24 p.m. Frances R. DiMambro, 19, of Bath Road, was issued a summons on a charge of permitting minors to consume liquor.
2/27 at 5:15 p.m. George L. Hamlin, 31, of Heath Street, was issued a summons on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Not a warm welcome
2/24 at 6:52 a.m. A Warmings Market employee called to report a suspicious vehicle sitting in front of the store with four males inside it. Police questioned the vehicle’s occupants, who turned out to be swimmers from Tufts University in town for a swim meet. The swimmers were waiting for the market to open.
Uncle Tom’s safe stolen
2/26 at 8:45 a.m. An Uncle Tom’s Market employee called to report that the store had been burglarized overnight. The thief snipped the phone wires leading into the building, deactivating the alarm system. Then the culprit broke the glass on the front door, entered the store and removed the safe from behind the counter. An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen.
