3/8 at 10:07 p.m. Todd Cousins, 22, of Madeline Drive, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating after license suspension.

3/9 at 10:58 a.m. Mathew Michael Meservey, 25, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on a charge of gross sexual assault.

3/10 at 9:21 a.m. Carl Matthew Chandler, 24, of Tufton Street, was arrested on a warrant.

3/12 at 11:23 p.m. Kimberly Caparratto, 38, of Hennessey Avenue, was arrested on a warrant and also on a charge of operating after license suspension.

3/13 at 12:39 a.m. William Poore, 38, of West Merrill Road, Topsham, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.

3/13 at 11:50 p.m. Alec Jay McEntarffer, 20, of Hunter Hill Road, Durham, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

3/8 at 10:53 a.m. A caller from Rent-A-Center reported a theft of gas from a company delivery truck. Approximately nine gallons were siphoned from the vehicle’s gas tank.

 

Parking spat

3/10 at 2:24 p.m. A 73-year-old man allegedly assaulted a 51-year-old man in the Fort Andross parking lot after the victim blocked him in with his car. The victim, who works in Fort Andross, has reportedly had problems in the past with people parking in his spot. The two were arguing about the parking spot when the elder man allegedly hit the victim.
