3/2 at 6:29 p.m. Michael Schmidt, 21, of Swett Street, was arrested on Old Bath Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/2 at 10:53 p.m. Wendall Dwayne Casler II, 34, of Main Road, Phippsburg, was arrested on Bath Road on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

3/3 at 8:19 a.m. Scott R. Crone, 31, of Marvin Way, Freeport, was arrested by Officer Jason McCarthy on Perryman Drive on a charge of violating condition of release and on a warrant.

3/3 at 3:06 p.m. Timothy J. Marcoux, 34, of Country Lane, was arrested by Officer Jonathan O’Connor on Country Lane on a charge of violating condition of release.

One man’s garbage is another man’s venison

3/6 at 7:14 a.m. Communications called a local man to remove a dead deer from a Casco Road yard. The man is one of many area residents on a police department list of people who will retrieve dead animals, but only if they are edible.
