5/28 at 10:20 a.m. Gary Bucklin, 28, of Spring Street, Bath, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Terry Goan on two outstanding warrants from other agencies and a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation. 

5/30 at 1:11 a.m. Julie Foster, 41, of Columbia Avenue, was arrested on Columbia Avenue by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of disorderly conduct. 

6/2 at 2:40 p.m. Beth L. Cavanaugh, 27, of Cushing Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Mahar on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

6/2 at 7:16 p.m. Sandra A. Wilson, 28, of Trenton Place, Topsham, was arrested  on Bank Street by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and attaching false plates.

6/3 at 7:27 p.m. Richard A. Ward, 50, address not listed, of Brunswick, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Garrett Brosnan on a charge or domestic violence assault. 


5/28 at 3:05 p.m. Garret J. Durham, 20, of Pleasant Hill Road, was issued a summons on Jordan Avenue by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

5/29 at 6:56 p.m. Simon Bartlett, 19, of Garrison Street, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Daniel Sylvain on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. 

6/3 at 1:09 p.m. Christa M. Young, 41, of Madeline Drive, was issued a summons on Madeline Drive by Animal Control Officer Heidi J. Nelson on six charges of keeping an unlicensed dog, cruelty to animals – humanely clean conditions and a charge of cruelty to animals – necessary medical attention. 


5/31 at 6:29 a.m. Responded to a fire on Gurnet Road.
