5/27 at 1:20 a.m. Garret Dupuis, 34, of Boothbay Harbor, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/28 at 3:53 p.m. Richard G. Sanford, 26, of 132 Foster Point Road, West Bath, was arrested on Bath Road on charges of operating under the influence and violation of condition of release.

5/28 at 9:23 p.m. Ronald L. Roy, 38, of 12 Stone St. Apt. B14, was arrested on Farley Road on a warrant arrest charge.

5/28 at 11:04 p.m. Russell E. Trinka, 23, of 19 Gilman Ave Apt. A, was arrested on Cumberland Street on a warrant arrest charge.

5/29 at 10:51 p.m. Scott J. Temple, 37, of 6 Stetson St. Apt. B, was summonsed on Pleasant Street on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

Parking lot stabbing

5/31 at 9:34 p.m. Police arrested Jonathan Michael Heller, 19, of 330 Bath Road on a charge of elevated aggravated assault. Heller, police say, was involved in a fight with another 19-year-old man in a Bath Road parking lot earlier in the weekend. According to police reports, Heller allegedly pulled a kitchen knife during the altercation and stabbed his combatant in the torso, causing the victim to have to go to the hospital. Police later interviewed the victim, who identified Heller as the man who stabbed him during the fight. Police would not release the victim’s name.
