6/20 at 8:18 a.m. Shawn M. Mills, 29, of MacMillan Drive, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of violating conditions of release.

6/21 at 12:01 a.m. Jeremy P. Davis, 41, of Oak Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer William Brown on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/21 at 12:26 a.m. Paul C. Dow, 43, of High Street, Bath, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Matthew Swan on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.

6/22 at 10:40 p.m. Jamie P. Thibodeau, 42, of  Swett Street, was arrested on Mill Street by Officer Robert Lane on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

6/22 at 11:52 p.m. Julie M. Russell, 37, of Merepoint Road, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Patrick Scott and charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

6/23 at 6:43 a.m. Taylor B. Birks, 25, of Wheeler Park, was arrested at Wheeler Park by Officer Justin Dolci on two outstanding warrants from other agencies.

Summonses

6/19 at 11 a.m. Jesse Gauvin, 36, of Main Street, Jay, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Julia Gillespie on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

6/19 at 1:32 p.m. Sonya Bouchard, 34, of Bluff Road, Bath, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Julia Gillespie on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Hospital havoc

6/21 at 12:26 a.m. Officers found a heavily intoxicated Paul C. Dow, 43, of High Street, Bath, sitting on the side of Hawthorne Street and had an ambulance take him to Parkview Adventist Medical Center. Officer Matthew Swan was called to the hospital less than an hour later for a report of an out of control patient and subsequently arrested Dow, who had become loud and combative, tore out his IV and shoved a hospital employee, according to Deputy Chief Marc Hagan. Dow was charged with disorderly conduct and assault on an emergency medical worker.

6/20 at 11:33 a.m. Fire alarm on Cumberland Street.

6/24 at 2:25 p.m. Structure fire on B Street.

6/24 at 7:51 p.m. Vehicle crash on Bath Road.
