6/16 at 1:42 p.m. Charles E. Luke, 27, of 95 Columbia Ave., was arrested on Columbia Avenue on a charge of assault. 

6/16 at 3:15 p.m. Kristin E. Lindvall, 39, of 67 West St. Apt. 3, Portland, was arrested on Pleasant Street on a charge of operating under the influence. 

6/17 at 11:11 p.m. Seth Thomas Walker, 24, of 378 Church Road Apt. 2, was arrested on Church Road on charges of aggravated assault, violation of condition of release and probation hold. 

6/18 at 12:57 a.m. Charlotte Allan Harmon, 41, of 18 Willow Grove Road, was arrested on McKeen Street on a charge of operating under the influence. 

6/18 at 12:02 p.m. Richard G. Sanford, 26, of 19 Merrymeeting Road, was arrested on Bath Road on charges of operating unregistered motor vehicle greater than 150 days, operating under the influence and violation of condition of release.

6/21 at 8:44 p.m. Corey H. Ater, 22, of 145 High St., Bath, was arrested on Cushing Street on a warrant arrest charge. 

6/21 at 9:18 p.m. Joseph Holland, 23, of 19 Everett St. Apt. 7, was arrested on Everett Street on a warrant arrest charge.

6/16 at 12:02 a.m. A 17-year-old was summonsed on Columbia Avenue on a charge of receiving stolen property. 

6/16 at 12:02 a.m. Jasmine Osgood, 18, of 107 Dewitt Hill Road, Durham, was summonsed on Columbia Avenue on a charge of receiving stolen property.

6/18 at 1:21 a.m. Molly S. Bozeman, 21, of 11 Bailey Lane, was summonsed on Harpswell Road on a charge of operating or allowing when registration is suspended.

6/19 at 5:35 p.m. A 16-year-old was summonsed at Hannaford on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

6/19 at 7:02 p.m. Derek R. Graves, 19, of 11 Shady Ridge Road, Harpswell, was summonsed on Bath Road on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and operating while license suspended or revoked. 

6/20 at 11:56 p.m. Robin N. Hansen, 19, of 29 Jordan Ave., was summonsed on Jordan Avenue on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume. 

6/20 at 11:56 p.m. Kenneth C. Hall, 19, of 9 Mill Pond Drive, Bath, was summonsed on Jordan Avenue on a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor.

That stinks

6/20 at 10:34 p.m. Police received a complaint of a broken window at the Something’s Fishy restaurant on Bow Street. Officers later discovered that a boot had been thrown through the window. According to police, the case appeared to be an act of vandalism because there were no signs of attempts to break into the establishment.
