6/24 at 2:33 p.m. Jessica L. Bennett, 31, of Mill Street, was arrested on Elm Street by Officer Terry Goan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

6/24 at 4:25 p.m. Errol F. Staples, 28, of Bluff Road, Bath, was arrested on Mill Street by Officer Patrick Scott on three outstanding warrants.

6/28 at 8:49 a.m. Zachary D. Brown, 21, no address listed, was arrested on Dunning Street by Officer Jonathan O’Connor on charges of criminal trespass and refusing to sign criminal summons.

6/29 at 1:36 p.m. Brannon McRae, 23, of Sergeant Lane, was arrested at Mill and Maine streets by Officer Edward Yurek on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/30 at 11:55 a.m. Shannon M. Kirk, 42, of State Road, West Bath, was arrested on Federal Street by Officer Julia Gillespie on an outstanding warrant.

6/30 at 9:35 p.m. Stephanie A. Freeman, 24, of Deerhaven Drive, Phippsburg, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Edward Yurek on charges of violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

6/27 at 2:14 p.m. A 13-year-old juvenile was issued a summons on MacMillan Drive by Officer Julia Gillespie on charges of misuse of identification and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

6/27 at 2:54 p.m. Jeffrey J. Silvia, 32, of Hambleton Avenue, was issued a summons on River Road by Marine Resource Officer Paul Plummer on a charge of fishing without a valid license.
