7/19 at 5:36 p.m. Tod Thibeault, 55, of Turner Street was arrested at Hannaford Supermarket on Elm Street by Officer Matthew Swan on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, violating condition of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

7/19 11:59 p.m. Carolyn Ziegra, 19, of Pleasant Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of violating condition of release.

7/21 at 11:33 p.m. Christopher Tucker, 21, of Cushing Street was arrested on Federal Street by Officer Matthew Swan on a warrant.

7/22 at 1:51 a.m. Leigh Hall, 24, of Crossman Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested on Mill Street by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/23 at 10:10 p.m. Nicholas Fortin, 18, of Baribeau Drive was arrested on Gurnet Road by Officer Daniel Sylvan on a warrant.

7/19 at 6:52 p.m. Cecillo Torres, 40, of Cooperstown, N.Y., was summonsed on Gurnet Road by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of operating a vehicle without a license and operating with a suspended registration.

7/20 at 7:10 p.m. Jason Day, 19, of Brunswick was summonsed on Mill Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of assault.

7/21 at 9:17 a.m. Alexander Gustafson, 21, of Windjammer Way, Bath, was summonsed on Pleasant Street by Officer Justin Dolci on charges of criminal trespass and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
