7/13 at 11:42 a.m. Harold Edward Swain, 50, of 12 Noble St., was arrested on Lincoln Street on a warrant arrest charge. 

7/13 at 1:46 p.m. A 17-year-old was arrested on Harpswell Road on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, obstructing report of crime or injury and criminal mischief. 

7/13 at 4 p.m. Matthew S. Gaspar, 20, of 55 Oliver St., Bath, was arrested on Medical Center Drive on a charge of probation hold. 

7/13 at 7:31 p.m. Edward H. Hahnel, 42, of 28 Middlesex Road, Topsham, was arrested on Durham Road on two warrant arrest charges. 

7/14 at 10:51 p.m. William Sanford, 24, of 132 Foster’s Point Road, West Bath, was arrested on Route 1 on a charge of violation of condition of release.

7/15 at 12:16 a.m. George A. Wing, 28, of 3 Heath St., was arrested on Bath Road on a warrant arrest charge. 

7/15 at 4:43 p.m. Brian Lowell, 34, of 526 East Ave. Apt. 106, Lewiston, was arrested on Harpswell Road on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked. 

7/15 at 6:41 p.m. Ronald F. Dube, 33, of 133 Pleasant St. Apt. H8, was arrested on Pleasant Street on a warrant arrest charge. 

7/16 at 9:28 p.m. Debora Lee Irish, 48, of 70 Franklin Parkway, was arrested on Franklin Parkway on a warrant arrest charge. 

7/17 at 11:04 a.m. Matthew Nathan Smith, 30, of 123 Meadow Road, Topsham, was arrested on Perryman Drive on a warrant arrest charge. 

7/17 at 11:56 a.m. James A. Goodenow, 33, of 18 Cushing St. Apt. 2, was arrested on Cushing Street on two charges of violation of condition of release. 

7/17 at 4:48 p.m. Joshua A. Marino, 22, of 241 Valley Road, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive on a warrant arrest charge. 

7/18 at 6:08 p.m. Julian H. Finch-Brand, 18, of 19 Johnson Road, Falmouth, was arrested on Route 1 on charges of operating unregistered motor vehicle greater than 150 days, unlawful transportation of fireworks and possession of a fictitious license. 

7/18 at 6:39 p.m. Misun R. Crawford, 37, of 178 Bath Road, was arrested on Gurnet Road on charges of assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

7/18 at 9:54 p.m. Julian H. Finch-Brand, 18, of 19 Johnson Road, Falmouth, was arrested on Pleasant Street on charges of operating unregistered motor vehicle and violation of condition of release. 

7/19 at 6:29 p.m. Alexander F. Farnsworth, 23, of 187 Bath Road, Wiscasset, was arrested on Mill Street on a warrant arrest charge.

7/19 at 11:02 p.m. Sean R. Linkel, 28, of 62 Gurnet Road, was arrested on Gurnet Road on a warrant arrest charge.  

Summonses

7/15 at 12:49 a.m. David R. Bressette, 29, of 24 Elwell Lane, was summonsed on Pleasant Street on a charge of criminal speeding greater than 30 mph over posted limit. 

7/15 at 6:50 p.m. Farley W. Miller, 20, of 56 Elm St., Topsham, was summonsed on Route 1 on a charge of criminal speeding greater than 30 mph over posted limit.

Blurry-eyed witnesses

7/18 at 1:09 a.m. Police received a complaint that two adults were assaulted near M.J.’s Grille and Tavern on Maine Street. According to police, both witnesses were too intoxicated to provide useful information about their assailants. During that interview, an officer heard breaking glass across the street. The officer encountered four males, also intoxicated, who were uncooperative. One of the men was bleeding. Police believe he was pushed through a window on Center Street by one of his companions. Police also believe the alleged assault and broken window are unrelated. No charges were filed.
