Arrests

7/11 at 4:25 p.m. Tod M. Thibeault, 61, of Turner Street, was arrested at McDonald’s on Pleasant Street by Garrett Decker on an outstanding warrant from another agency, criminal trespassing, and violating condition of release.

 7/13 at 10:08 p.m. Christopher J. Taylor, 29, of Bath Road, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/15 at 5:31 p.m. Kristen Dugay, 52, of Shackleton Way in Boothbay, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Charles Tompson on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/15 at 6:08 p.m. Kyle N. Ouellet, 29, of Lewiston Road in Topsham, was arrested on Hale Street by Officer Brandon Curtis on a charge of aggravated assault. 

7/17 at 10:50 p.m. Michael Irish, 52, of Cushing Street, was arrested on Cushing Street on a charge of violating condition of release. 

Summonses

7/12 at 9:07 p.m. Stephen C. Ambrose, 68, of Bluff Road in Bath, was issued a summons at Tibbetts Drive by Officer Brandon Curtis on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

7/13 at 5:39 p.m. James Williams, 25, of Lewiston Road in Topsham, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of aggravated forgery.

7/17 at 12:56 a.m. Anthony J. Miller, 21, of Antietam Street, was issued a summons on Guadalcanal Drive and Antietam Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of motor vehicle speeding. 

7/17 at 11:03 p.m. James F. Eaton III, 67, of Lincoln Street, was issued a summons at High Street and Swett Street on charges of operating with a suspended license and violating conditions of release.

7/12 at 12:37 p.m. Gas leak at the YMCA on Venture Avenue. 

7/12 at 12:54 p.m. Accident at Goodwin’s Chevrolet on Pleasant Street.
