6/22 at 7:13 p.m. Malcolm Duncan McIntosh, 29, of 92 Fernald Road, Freeport, was arrested on Perryman Drive on charges of domestic violence terrorizing and criminal mischief. 

6/23 at 10:38 p.m. Jared Charles Butler, 22, of 22 Franklin Parkway, was arrested on Franklin Parkway on a warrant arrest charge. 

6/27 at 12:42 a.m. Tyler J. Morin, 23, of 39 Oakledge Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Maine Street on a charge of violation of condition of release. 

6/27 at 6:42 p.m. Miranda Lebourdais, 18, of 66 Elm St., Topsham, was arrested on Federal Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and misuse of identification. 

6/27 at 10:07 p.m. Timothy Patrick Fraser, 38, of 13 Heath St., was arrested on Heath Street on two warrant arrest charges.

6/29 at 10:49 p.m. Joshua E. Postelle, 22, of 57 Brickyard Cove Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Gurnet Road on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and a warrant.

6/22 at 4:01 p.m. Terry J. Tucker, 45, of 18 Adelaide St., Portland, was summonsed on County Way on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

6/24 at 11:38 p.m. Autumn L. Harrison, 21, of 49 Elm St. Apt. B, Bath, was summonsed on Lincoln Street on a charge of criminal mischief.

6/24 at 11:38 p.m. Laurie A. Coombs, 52, of 36 Water St. Apt. B, was summonsed on Lincoln Street on a charge of criminal mischief.

6/25 at 8:21 a.m. Patrick M. Scholl, 48, of 866 Park Ave., Cranston, R.I., was summonsed on Harpswell Road on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

6/25 at 8:21 a.m. Ronald F. Oliver, 50, of 43 Serrel Sweet Road, Johnston, R.I., was summonsed on Harpswell Road on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.  

6/25 at 10:22 p.m. William C. Maines, 19, of 9 Thunder Road, Freeport, was summonsed on Highland Road on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and false public alarm or report.

6/27 at 1:07 p.m. Rayon Norton Wilson, 25, of 31 Jordan Ave. Apt. A, was summonsed on Jordan Avenue on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.  

6/27 at 10:07 p.m. A 17-year-old was arrested on Heath Street on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor and disorderly conduct. 

Sleepy host?

6/27 at 10:07 p.m. Police received a call of a disturbance at 13 Heath St. Upon arrival, officers reportedly noticed a number of juveniles consuming alcohol at the residence. Five of the minors were arrested on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. A sixth, a 17-year-old, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor and disorderly conduct. According to police, the 17-year-old became belligerent and refused to be handcuffed. Police say they used force to put the individual’s hands behind his back. Timothy Patrick Fraser, 38, of the same residence was also arrested on two warrant charges. Police say Fraser was sleeping at the time of the party.
