Arrests

2/18 at 3:11 p.m. Haven J. Willis, 40, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Jason McCarthy on a charge of violating conditions of release.

2/19 at 2:16 p.m. Jade M. Monahan, 29, of Sunset Cove Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer John Roma on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/20 at 12:08 a.m. Joseph E. Fortin, 28, of South Belcher Road, Largo, Florida, was arrested on River Road by Lt. Todd Ridlon on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/21 at 9:45 p.m. Richard A. Doucette, 56, of Gleed Drive, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Charles Thompson on outstanding warrants from other agencies.

2/21 at 11:12 p.m. Laurie A. Grinnan, 48, of McKeen Street, was arrested on McKeen Street by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of domestic violence assault.
