2/13 at 8:39 p.m. Johhny R. Johnson, 54, of James Street, was arrested on James Street by Officer Mark Steele Jr. on a warrant.

2/14 at 1:36 p.m. Haven J. Willis, 38, no address listed, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Jonathan O’Connor on a probation hold.

2/14 at 4:22 p.m. Michael A. Bourgoin, 44, of Jordan Avenue, was arrested on Jordan Avenue by Officer Jason McCarthy on a warrant.

2/15 at 11:18 a.m. Randy L. Brewer, 21, of Chestnut Street, Bath, was arrested on Baybridge Road by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a warrant and a charge of attaching false plates.

2/15 at 3:27 p.m. Gary E. Perkins Jr., 39, of Pond Drive, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation. 

2/15 at 11:48 p.m. Dustin S. Dyer, 21, of Lithfield, Bowdoin, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on charges of violating condition of release, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

2/16 at 12:57 p.m. Shaun P. Fraser, 21, of Wadsworth Road, was arrested on Garrison Street by Officer Mark Steele Jr. on charges of terrorizing, unlawful possession of a Schedule Z drug and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. Timothy P. Fraser, 42, of Heath Street, also was arrested on three warrants and charges of terrorizing, unlawful possession of a Schedule Z drug, carrying a concealed weapon, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating condition of release.

2/16 at 7:29 p.m. Stephen Hixon, 45, of Curtis Avenue, Camden, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Charles Reece on charges of operating under the influence with one prior and operating a vehicle without a license.

2/17 at 7:06 p.m. Casey Reagan, 25, of Congress Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested on Church Road by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of violating condition of release.

2/17  at 8:35 p.m. Amanda L. Doughty, 23, of Bickford Avenue, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Daniel Herbert on a warrant and a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/14 at 4:52 p.m. Gwendolyn S. Cardente, 38, of Moore Avenue, was issued a summons on Moore Avenue by Officer Edward Yurek on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

2/15 at 6:52 p.m. Patrick W. Hurley, 18, of Hennessey Avenue, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/16 at 1:50 p.m. Joshua P. Demass, 28, of River Road, was issued a summons at Mill Street and Route 1 by Officer Justin Dolci on a charge of possession of marijuana. 

2/17 at 7:06 p.m. Cassandra D. Brown, 23, of Liberty Lane, was issued a summons on Church Road by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

2/17 at 8:35 p.m. Taylor B. Birks, 20, of Casco Road, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
