2/10 at 2:56 p.m. Caleb J. Donaldson, 19, of C Street, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Daniel Sylvain on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/10 at 5:01 p.m. Caila M. King, 28, of Clearview Lane, Topsham, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer William Brown on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/10 at 9 p.m. Tyrie Williams, 37, of Oxford Street, Portland, was arrested on Woodside Road by Officer William Brown on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/10 at 9 p.m. Mary A. Normand, 20, of Woodside Road, was arrested on Woodside Road by Officer William Brown on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/11 at 9:28 p.m. Wendi J. Day, 40, of River Road, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer William Brown on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
