2/5 at 2:46 a.m. Lee E. Ruona, 54, of Mallett Drive, Topsham, was arrested on Baribeau Drive by Sgt. Jonathan O’Connor on a charge of violating conditions of release.

2/7 at 1:09 a.m. Jenifer R. Whitney, 35, of Cathance Road, Topsham, was arrested on Maine Street by Lt. Lynne Doucette on a charge of disorderly conduct.

2/8 at 2:12 p.m. Charles Blow, 47, of Franklin Parkway, was arrested on Franklin Parkway by Officer Charles Tompson on a charges of driving after habitual offender license revocation and violating conditions of release.

2/10 at 6:58 p.m. Thomas S. Shell, 24, of Dunning Street, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer Garrett Brosnan on two outstanding warrants from other agencies.
