2/2 at 3:33 p.m. Harold J. Sonia, 37, of State Road, Bath, was arrested by Officer Justin Dolci on Bath Road on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failing to make oral or written accident report, and violating condition of release.

2/3 at 1:50 p.m. Clyde Bailey, 40, of Middlesex Road, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Jonathan O’Connor on Elm Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/3 at 11:00 p.m. Stephen R. Cummings, 44, of Oak Street, Bath, was arrested by Officer Patrick Scott on Pleasant Street on charges of possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating under the influence of drugs.

2/4 at 2:55 p.m. Guy C. Steinman, 48, of Merrymeeting Road, was arrested by Officer Jonathan O’Connor on Merrymeeting Road on charges of domestic violence assault and operating under the influence.

2/6 at 12:19 a.m. Michael S. Kranning, 32, of Checkerberry Lane, West Bath, was arrested by Officer Patrick Scott on Pleasant and Union streets on a charge of operating under the influence, one prior.

1/31 at 11:44 a.m. Frederick A. Kreidler Jr., 30, of Youngs Lane, Phippsburg, was issued a summons by Officer Justin Dolci on Tibbetts Drive on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/2 at 3:17 p.m. Gene R. Frey, 51, of Summer Street, was issued a summons by Officer Patrick Mahar on Summer Street on a charge of violation of protection order.

2/3 at 7:30 p.m. Barbara Wilson, 27, of Sawyer Island Road, Boothbay, was issued a summons by Officer Kristian Oberg on Tibbetts Drive on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/3 at 8:07 p.m. David Louis Lafave, 36, of Franklin Parkway, was issued a summons by Officer Thomas Stanton Jr. on Pleasant Street on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property, operating under the influence, operating after license suspension and violating condition of release.

2/4 at 6:41 p.m. Julie M. McCullough, 39, of Route 1, Newcastle, was issued a summons by Officer Patrick Scott on Tibbetts Drive on charges of theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property and possession of marijuana.

2/5 at 12:11 a.m. Carmine Terracciano, 48, of Fleetwood Street, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Kristian Oberg on Pleasant Street and River Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Hidden hubby

1/30 at 3:14 p.m. After leaving Hannaford, a woman reportedly could not find her husband nor the black Ford Escape she had last seen him sitting in. Police located the car, with the man inside, somewhere else in the parking lot.

Quite an assortment

1/31 at 11:44 a.m. Police responded to a report of an employee theft from Walmart. Frederick A. Kreidler Jr., 30, of Youngs Lane, Phippsburg, had allegedly been caught stealing Hungry Man dinners, Mountain Dew, cookies, DVDs and K-Y Kissable Sensations. Kreidler had allegedly stolen $260 worth of goods from Walmart over a period of time.

Unwanted attention

2/1 at 6:12 p.m. A Maquoit Road resident called the police to come remove a man from her house. She had allegedly met him online and he showed up at her door unannounced.
