11/26 at 10:30 a.m. Tod M. Thibeault, 58, of Turner Street, was arrested on Turner Street by Officer Justin Dolci on three outstanding warrants from other agencies.

11/26 at 7:22 p.m. Jessica E. Stedt, 36, of Holbrook Street, Harpswell, was arrested on Gurnet Road by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/29 at 11:39 p.m. Tommy T. Simmons, 38 of Lincoln Street, was arrested at Maine and Bank streets by Officer Daniel Herbert on a charge of theft of services.

11/29 at 10 a.m. Marcel Sol, 30, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cushing Street by Officer Patrick Scott on an outstanding warrant.

11/29 at 10 a.m. Haven J. Willis, 39, of Cumberland Street, was arrested by Officer Patrick Scott on two outstanding warrants from other agencies.

11/30 at 1 a.m. Walter R. Wilgus, 18, of Main Road, Phippsburg, was arrested on Maine Street by Officer John Roma on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/26 at 10:46 a.m. Jordan C. Babineau, 30, of Porter’s Landing, Freeport, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Jerod Verrill on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

11/27 at 2:26 p.m. Chanel L. Hoppe, 46, of Middle Street, Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons at Greenwood Road and Industrial Parkway on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and operating under the influence.

11/28 at 12:26 p.m. Matthew W. Costa, 26, of Thomas Point Road, was issued a summons at Bath Road and Admiral Fitch Avenue by Officer Jerod Verrill on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

11/29 at 11:44 a.m. A 16 year-old male, of Brunswick, was issued a summons on Guadalcanal Drive by Officer Garrett Brosnan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

11/30 at 9:30 a.m. Justin D. Coffin, 34, of Faye Street, Topsham, was issued a summons at Mill and Cumberland Streets by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

12/1 at 11:13 a.m. Shelby Baillargeon, 21, of Mower Avenue, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating without a license.

Tree troubles

11/26 at 11:16 a.m. According to police, public works employees asked for increased surveillance at the town’s Christmas tree on the Mall after they discovered someone had torn the plug head off the light cord. The cord was repaired.

Just say ‘stop’

11/27 at 2:26 p.m. Chanel L. Hoppe, 46, of Lisbon Falls, was sent to the hospital and issued a summons for operating under the influence after she allegedly drove through a stop sign on Industrial Way and crashed into a Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office cruiser on Greewood Road. Hoppe was charged because of her admission and the 8 grams of marijuana and a pipe recovered from the vehicle, according to police.

Not weeds of crime

11/28 at 8:26 a.m. A theft complaint between a 30 year-old female and 38-year old male on Merepoint Road over the alleged disappearance of growing marijuana plants was dismissed by police, who determined it was a civil matter between the couple, who are both legally allowed to grow and possess medical marijuana and were cultivating plants together in a neutral third location.

Wrong answer

11/29 at 11:39 p.m. Police responding to My Tie Lounge, on Maine Street, for an assault report found the complainant, Tommy T. Simmons, 38, of Lincoln Street, had been removed from the bar and was refusing to pay for the $30 in drinks he allegedly consumed. According to police, Simmons reacted profanely to a warning that he could be arrested if he did not pay his tab and was taken into custody and charged with theft of services.
