Arrests

12/19 at 5:15 p.m. Kalen R. Tanner, 22, of Josephine Lane, was arrested on Josephine Lane by Officer Matthew Nicholson on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/20 at 1:20 a.m. James A. Ouellette, 52, of Amos Way, was arrested at Union and Cumberland streets by Officer Matthew Nicholson on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

12/18 at 11 a.m. Melody S. Moore, 34, of Lowell Town Road, Wiscasset, was issued a summons on Bath Road by Officer William Brown on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

12/18 at 8:23 a.m. Dylan Simmons, 21, of Keel Street, Bath, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Matthew Nicholson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
