12/5 at 10:36 a.m. Robert Alan Smith, 43, of Woodland Drive, was arrested on Federal Street by Officer Jason McCarthy on two warrants.
12/6 at 12:13 p.m. Thomas J. Harmon, 28, of Rush’s Trailer Park, was arrested on Medical Center Drive by Officer Thomas Stanton Jr. on a warrant and charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
12/6 at 7:19 p.m. Evan M. Moody, 24, of Irene Avenue, Harpswell, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Edward Yurek on a warrant.
12/8 at 12:29 a.m. John P. Johnson, 24, of Christiansen Lane, Kennebunk, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Edward Yurek on charges of operating under the influence, speeding (30 mph over the limit) and possession of marijuana.
12/8 at 7:44 p.m. Peter E. Babb, 45, of Madison Street, Auburn, was arrested at Mason and Water streets by Officer Thomas Stanton Jr. on charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release.

12/4 at 2:30 p.m. Brandyn M. Berry, 21, of Potter Street, was issued a summons on Union Street by Officer Thomas Stanton Jr. on charge of assault.
12/5 at 10:29 a.m. Gregory J. Bernard, 63, of Signature Drive, was issued a summons on Signature Drive by Officer Julia Gillespie on a charge of assault.
12/7 at 2:14 a.m. Trevor L. Shorette, 19, of Lawrence Road, Dresden, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Robert Lane Jr. on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
‘Get off the tracks!’
12/7 at 3:03 p.m. Marine Resource Officer Paul Plummer issued a warning to a man who allegedly trespassed onto the railroad tracks near Grant and Old Portland roads. The man appeared to be gathering wood nearby.
