12/5 at 1:09 p.m. Susan A. Muniak, 44, of Poland Road, Freeport, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton on Royalsborough Road, Durham, on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, sale and use of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection certificate.

12/7 at 2:27 p.m. Lawrence H. Scott Jr., 56, of Twin Pond Road, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Justin Dolci on Pleasant Street on a warrant and on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked (one prior).

12/8 at 4:09 p.m. Matisse Deshazier, 29, of Old Portland Road, was arrested by Det. Gregory Mears on Old Portland Road on a warrant and on charges of burglary, theft by deception and criminal mischief.

12/8 at 5:08 p.m. Jacob G. Davis, 20, of Cumberland Street, was arrested by Officer Krisian Oberg on Pleasant Street on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property, operating under the influence, operating without a license, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

12/8 at 10:36 p.m. Robert W. Blethen Jr., 32, of Church Road, was arrested by Sgt. Russell Wrede on Mill Street on a warrant.

12/9 at 12:47 a.m. Steven E. Case, 22, of Barrel Shop Road, Greene, was arrested by Officer Patrick Scott on Harpswell Road on charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release.

12/9 at 4:45 p.m. Catherine L. Hahn, 55, of Boothbay Road, Edgecomb, was arrested by Officer Patrick Scott on Gurnet Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/11 at 7:57 a.m. A 14-year old boy, of Bowdoinham, was arrested by Officer Gretchen Paxton on Blue Heron Drive on a warrant.

12/5 at 12:07 p.m. Constance Marye Gibson, 67, of Cumberland Street, was issued a summons by Officer Patrick Scott on Bath Road on a charge of operating without a license.

12/5 at 2:12 p.m. Richard D. White, 57, of Pinkham Road, Pittson, was issued a summons by Officer Paul Plummer on Gurnet Road on a charge of operating after license suspension.

12/9 at 9 p.m. Mark Brookes, 25, of Wing Street, Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons by Officer Patrick Scott on Stanwood Street on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

12/9 at 10:13 p.m. Courtney Basinet, 20, of Main Street, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Patrick Scott on Tibbetts Drive on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.

12/10 at 1:12 a.m. Taylor Berryman, 20, of Coombs Road, was issued a summons by Officer Daniel Herbert on Gurnet Road on a charge of failing to obtain a drivers license.

12/10 at 4:06 p.m. Queancy Barefield, 57, of Russell Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Edward Yurek on Federal Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

12/11 at 12:07 a.m. Anthony Farrell, 21, of Pleasant Street, Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Patrick Scott on Maine Street on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/6 at 3:36 p.m. A Long Street resident reported that someone had cut his Christmas lights. The wire of lights, which had been hanging on a shed and from a railing on the entrance to a trailer, were slit with knife and no longer worked. Police estimated the damage at $20.

Time to stop

12/11 at 3:33 a.m. A Walmart employee reported a drunk woman wandering around the store. The woman allegedly attempted to steal a watch from a cabinet but was too intoxicated to figure it out. Police removed her from the store, but didn’t charge her.

12/11 at 3:43 p.m. A Pejepscot Historical Society employee reported a squirrel was running around the building’s cupola. Police were unable to make contact with the animal.
