8/23 at 5:24 a.m. Tod M. Thibeault, 61, of Turner Street in Brunswick, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

8/24 at 6:30 p.m. Timmy L. Richardson, 37, of State Road in West Bath, was arrested on Maquoit Road by Detective William Moir on a charge of driving under the influence.

8/24 at 8:49 p.m. Joshua J. Bergeron, 20, of Sunset Shores Road in New Gloucester, was arrested on Park Street by Sgt. Paul Powers on charges of reckless conduct and possession of liquor by a minor. 

8/24 at 9:52 p.m. Christopher L. McKenney, 26, of Durham Road, was arrested on Tenney Way by Officer Matthew Nicholson on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of violating condition of release and possession of hypodermic apparatuses.

8/25 at 12:36 a.m. Kevin L. Michaud, 36, of River Road, was arrested on Perryman Drive by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on a probation hold. 

8/25 at 1:21 a.m. Michael W. Schmidt, 31, of Parliament Circle in Topsham, was arrested on Maine Street on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and assault on an officer. 

8/25 at 5:43 p.m. Kathleen F. McCormack, 52, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on Cumberland Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

8/26 11:44 p.m. James R. Riggs, 51, of River Road, was arrested at Pleasant Street and Spring Street on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, failing to stop for an officer and violating condition of release.

8/27 at 10:49 a.m. Terry L. Elwell, 42, no address listed, was arrested on Garrison Street by Detective William Moir on a charge of criminal trespassing.

8/27 at 5:29 p.m. David J. Burch, 41, no address listed, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Joshua Bernier on charges of arson, aggravated reckless conduct, aggravated criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and failure to control or report a dangerous fire.

8/27 at 6:35 p.m. Kamryn L. McCormick, 23, of Lisbon Street in Lisbon Falls, was arrested on River Road by Officer Brandon Curtis on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/27 at 11:50 p.m. Roan F. Tracey, 27, of Wood Street in Lewiston, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Cory Iles on charges of speeding and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

8/24 at 2:02 p.m. Laura Lutes, 31, of Lowell Town Road in Wiscasset, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Garret Decker on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

8/25 at 11:53 a.m. Silvanus Egerton, 26, of Lawson Ridge in Richmond, was issued a summons on Maine Street by Officer Garrett Decker on a charge of operating with a suspended license.

8/26 at 1:44 p.m. Joshua Pinkham, 19, of Potter Street, was issued a summons on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Charles Tompson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
