7/26 at 8:59 a.m. Richard A. Russo, 40, of 2nd Street in Lisbon Falls, was arrested at Meadow Road and Thomas Point Road by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/26 at 6:20 p.m. Stephen Sands, 47, of Post Road in Bowdoinham, was arrested at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. 

7/26 at 6:51 p.m. Michelle L. McClain, 33, of Myrtle Street in Auburn, was arrested on Route 1 by Lt. Paul Hansen on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

7/27 at 12:34 p.m. Terry L. Elwell, 42, no address listed, was arrested on Garrison Street by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

7/28 at 1:23 a.m. Faye M. Perry, 26, of Cedar Street in Brunswick, was arrested at Hannaford on Elm Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/28 at 5:42 p.m. Alec G. Miller, 31, of 241 Old Bath Road, was arrested on Old Bath Road by Officer Joshua Bernier on charges of domestic violence assault and failure to register a vehicle. 

7/28 at 6:40 p.m. Wayne A. Perkins, 38, of Gardener Road in Dresden, was arrested on Cushing Street by Officer Brandon Curtis on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/29 at 5:57 p.m. Erika Naigle, 37, of Ray Street in Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brandon Curtis on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/29 at 8:12 p.m. John Andretta, 54, of Forest Avenue in Portland, was arrested at Maine Street and Meadowbrook Road by Officer Joshua Bernier on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/31 at 12:25 a.m. Patrick R. Alexander III, of Pleasant Street in Richmond, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Patrick Scott on a probation hold and a charge of violating condition of release.
