8/18 at 6:17 p.m. Peter MacGregor, 27, of Hancock Street, Rumford, was arrested on Pleasant Street by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

8/18 at 11:22 p.m. Jacqueline M. Carpenter, 21, of Cottage Street, Bath, was arrested on Maine Street by Sgt. Edward Yurek on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and violating a conditions of release.

8/24 at 12:54 a.m. Glenn J. Creel, 55, of Kin Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Cory Iles on charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release.
