Arrests

8/9 at 1:13 p.m. Torr E. Steinhibler, 49, of Camelot Place, Harpswell, was arrested at Best Western Plus on Gurnet Road by Officer Brian Funke on charges of operating under the influence, driving to endanger and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

8/10 at 4:57 p.m. Deandre D. Carthy, 46, of Primrose Lane, was arrested on Dunning Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on charges of operating with a suspended license and operating under the influence.

8/10 at 10:03 p.m. Elton A. Goldmann, 28, no address listed, was arrested at 7-Eleven on Maine Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

8/10 at 11:41 p.m. Johanna M. Wigg, 47, of Vicarage Lane, Harpswell, was arrested at Harpswell and Middlebay roads by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/12 at 1:16 a.m. Nathaniel C. Lavin, 29, of Los Angeles, was arrested at School and Maine streets on a charge of operating under the influence. 

8/12 at 10:28 p.m. Travis W. Nicita, 41, of Shore Avenue, Brunswick, was arrested at Aki Japanese Cuisine on Maine Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, obstructing public ways and violating conditions of release. 

8/13 at 6:22 p.m. James T. Ward, 33, of Stackpole Road, Durham, was arrested on Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Cory Iles on charges of assault and violating condition of release.

8/13 at 6:22 p.m. Jennifer E. Blackwell, 29, of Pleasant Hill Road, was arrested on Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Cory Iles on a charge of disorderly conduct. 

8/14 at 5:01 p.m. Dean A. Oulette, 44, of Given Shipyard Road, Brunswick, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Cory Iles on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/10 at 9:49 a.m. Diana A. Enman, 29, of River Road, was issued a summons on River Road by Officer Heidi Nelson on a charge of cruelty to animals. 

8/11 at 8:56 p.m. George H. Hickey, 61, of High Street, Bath, was issued a summons at Bank of America on Maine Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of operating with a suspended license. 

8/11 at 10:05 p.m. Michelle Daly, 38, of Surprenant Circle, was issued a summons at Hannaford on Elm Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license. 

8/12 at 4:54 p.m. Lorna M. Inman, 60, no address listed, was issued a summons at Domino’s Pizza on Maine Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of violating conditions of release.

8/13 at 5:09 p.m. Nathaniel E. Wing, 28, of Hill Street, West Bath, was issued a summons on Bath Road by Officer Joshua Bernier on charges of attaching false plates, operating with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. 

8/14 at 1:39 p.m. Heidi J. Graffam Hogan, 47, of Heath Lane, Bath, was issued a summons at Walmart on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Daniel Sylvain on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

8/14 at 10:49 p.m. Patrick Fortine, 38, of High Street, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Christopher Balestra on charges of operating with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license.
