8/6 at 10:09 p.m. Zachary Rudy, 23, of Skidmore Lane, Penfield, N.Y., was arrested on Gurnet Road by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/6 at 10:56 p.m. Shawn M. Mills, 28, of MacMillan Drive, was arrested on MacMillan Drive by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of violating condition of release.

Change of heart
